This years buche de Noel is inspired by my favourite boysenberry ripple ice cream. Layers of brown sugar sponge, boysenberry gel, boysenberry swirl cheesecake, chocolate crumble, white chocolate leaves and meringue mushrooms.
Each buche will be 24x 8cm, and will feed 4 for dessert. The meringue mushrooms will come in a seperate container so they stay crispy, and you just need to pop them on before serving!
All Christmas collection items can be collected on the 23rd of December 2021 from either Sugar Flour in Miramar between 11-1, or Ontrays Scheckter’s Deli in Petone between 11-4. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REMINDER TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND IF YOU FAIL TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS. Please select your collection point on the drop down menu on this page.
All items are made to be consumed on Christmas Day, and should not be consumed any time after the 26th of December.
