This years Easter egg is something very special ( I think anyway!) inspired by my favourite artist ever - Yayoi Kusama, a quirky polka dot Easter egg not only looks like a load of fun outside, but there’s even more fun inside. A thin layer of Valrhona strawberry inspiration chocolate is followed by a layer of jivara milk chocolate aero, topped with a strawberry gel and finished with a strawberry marshmallow. This egg is completely gluten and nut free (although as always please remember everything is produced in one kitchen that also handles gluten, nuts and other allergens)
IMPORTANT BORING BITS:
These eggs are hefty! At 13cm tall and 8.5cm wide (at the widest point) they can easily be shared between 4 people!
eggs will be available for collection between 9-11am on Saturday the 1st and Sunday the 2nd of April from Sugar Flour, 7a Stewart Drive, Newlands
as always eggs are non refundable should you fail to collect yours, any eggs not collected will be donated to a charity! (I haven’t decided which charity yet!)
