In this class you’ll learn to make a Black Forest saint honore gateaux. A cocoa puff pastry base with a chocolate cremeux, fresh or amarena cherries (depending on if fresh cherries are available), chocolate whipped ganache, cocoa choux filled with a sour cherry compote and finished with a cocoa glaze.
because of the volume of elements in this class, the cocoa puff will be pre-made and baked for you (with love by me! And I’ll still show you how to do it!)
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine. It is nut free
