In this class you’ll learn how to make Ginger buche de Noel (Christmas log) composed of a ginger cake, ginger jam, feuilletine crunch, caramel cremeux, ginger vanilla mousse and milk chocolate glaze, finished with some gingerbread Christmas trees.
This class contains gluten, dairy, gelatine and egg. It is nut free and can be made gluten free upon prior request.
