In this class you’ll learn how to make one of my favourite pastries ever, the kouign amann! You’ll then learn how to turn it into a beautiful tart with a wild strawberry gel, basil whipped ganache and fresh strawberries.

This class contains gluten, dairy and gelatine. It is egg free and can be made gelatine free upon prior request

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

 You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
