In this class you’ll learn to make Afghan biscuit inspired bonbons. A thin dark milk chocolate shell with a walnut praline and a dark milk chocolate ganache, finished with a cornflake chocolate base. 

this class contains dairy, walnuts and gluten. It can be made gluten free upon prior request.

 You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
