In this class you’ll learn to make a kiwi classic, but much better than the one from the service station! A brisket filling with a sharp cheddar cheese, held by a hot water crust pastry and topped with a rough puff pastry. The brisket filling will be pre made by me as it takes a few hours to slow cook, you’ll still get the recipe and it is very easy!
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and beef. It is nut free and gelatine free. It is not suitable for vegetarians

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
