In this class you’ll learn to make beautiful beef wellingtons, the sugar flour way! You’ll make two mini beef wellingtons- each the perfect size to serve one adult for dinner. You’ll make your puff pastry from scratch, and then learn to roll it up in a spinach crepe with caramelised onion and black garlic. I’ll show you how to perfectly cook a wellington, and you’ll take yours home to cook and enjoy whenever you’re ready!
The time may vary depending on how fast or slow everyone is. You are not required to bring anything, just wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. Please note a lot of our classes contain gelatine, if you require a certain type of gelatine (beef or pork) please let us know.
You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers. All classes are run at our kitchen 128F Park road, Miramar
