In this class you’ll learn to make super special Belgian biscuit boys! (Or girls, or people, I just wanted to go with the 3 B’s in the title). Made of a Belgian biscuit dough, raspberry ganache, raspberry compote and tempered raspberry chocolate decoration, finished with a few candy buttons.
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It is gelatine and nut free and can be made gluten free upon prior request.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
