
In this class you’ll learn how to make a Black Forest inspired gateau, and you will have the option of making it fully plant based!
This gateau is composed of a chocolate cake, vanimal kirsch whipped ganache, cherry compote, chocolate collar and chocolate whipped ganache.
This class contains gluten, but can be made gluten free. It contains nuts in the plant based option (almonds). I will contact you a week or two before the class to confirm if you’d like to do the plant based or non plant based option. You will make one 15 gateau that will feed 4-6

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
