In this class you’ll learn how to make a blueberry elderflower cheesecake. A vanilla cheesecake mousse holds a blueberry elderflower compote, sitting on top an elderflower soaked cake, topped with a blueberry veil and edible flowers.
this class contains gelatine, dairy, eggs and gluten. It can be made gluten free upon prior request.
