In this class you’ll learn to make a boysenberry swirl petit four, inspired by the classic boysenberry trumpet. A milk chocolate waffle cone crunch holds a vanilla marscapone mousse with a boysenberry gel swirl, finished with a white glaze and a white chocolate decoration with freeze dried boysenberries. 

Class will run for approximately 3 hours on Sunday the 21st of August at 11am. The time may vary depending on how fast or slow everyone is.  You are not required to bring anything, just wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. Some of our classes contain beef or pork gelatine. If you don’t eat gelatine or prefer a specific type of gelatine please let us know before booking so we can ensure this class is appropriate for you  

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers. All classes are run at our NEW ADDRESS 128F Park road, Miramar
