In this class you’ll learn to make a candy apple inspired petit gateaux. A speculoos mousse holds an apple compote, apple dice, caramel centre and speculoos spiced cake. Covered in a red glaze and finished with an edible stick made of caramelised white chocolate.
This class contains gluten, egg, dairy and gelatine. It is nut free.
