In this class you’ll learn to make one of my absolute favourite classics, a caramel eclair. Airy choux pastry holds a caramel cremeux and a thick caramel sauce, topped with a caramel glaze. Simple and so delicious

This class contains dairy, eggs, gluten and gelatine. It is nut free and can be made gluten free and gelatine free upon prior request (please email us after booking, so I have the correct ingredients ready for you!)

 You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
