You all loved our Mother’s Day carrot cake gateaux so much that we made it into a class!!
layers of my specialty carrot cake, filled with a just baked cheesecake, finished with a whipped cheesecake, a caramelised white chocolate collar and a carrot fluid gel.
you’ll learn to make mini versions of this cake, as well as how to make some luxurious cake truffles with the scraps (also pictured!)
The time may vary depending on how fast or slow everyone is. You are not required to bring anything, just wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. Please note a lot of our classes contain gelatine, if you require a certain type of gelatine (beef or pork) please let us know.
You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers. All classes are run at our NEW ADDRESS 128F Park road, Miramar
