In this class you’ll learn how to make a chocolate Mille feuille. You’ll make chocolate puff pastry from scratch, with a creamy chocolate custard and you’ll learn how to perfectly glaze your Mille feuille with a feathered chocolate finish.
This class contains gluten, dairy and eggs. It is nut and gelatine free.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
