In this class you’ll learn to make the most magical Christmas pastry. A Valrhona milk chocolate shell holds a caramel, a pfeffernusse spiced mousse, pffernusse spiced cake and a pffernusse crumble base. If you haven’t picked up on it, this pastry is inspired by the german pfeffernusse biscuit that my mother in law makes every Christmas.
