
In this class you’ll learn to make a citrus kouign amann tart. A caramelised croissant style pastry base, yuzu cremeux and basil whipped ganache, topped with fresh citrus in an orange gel.
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
