In this class you’ll learn to make not fully traditional versions of two different breads. Mexican concha’s, a soft enriched dough topped with a crispy sugary topping, then filled with dulce de leche and Shio Pan or salt bread, a soft japanese bread that’s gained popularity in Korea. Our very non traditional version is coated in a chocolate glaze and filled with a vanilla pastry cream.
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It is nut free and gelatine free.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
