In this class you’ll learn how to make puff pastry from scratch and two different custard tarts. Baked Portuguese custard tarts, and South African milk tarts, with a puff pastry base.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg, it is nut and gelatine free.
