
In this class you’ll learn to make petits gateaux inspired by the viral Dubai pistachio chocolate bar. A pistachio cake, pistachio cremeux, pistachio kataifi crunch, dark chocolate mousse, cocoa glaze and chocolate decoration. You will make 4 individual petits gateaux.
This class contains nuts, gelatine, gluten, dairy and egg.

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street
You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
