In this class you’ll learn how to perfect the art of the sweet bun, using one base dough you’ll make three different buns. Babka, tarte au sucre and cardamom buns, perfect for the Swedish art of fika- the most delicious coffee break in the world!
This class contains gluten, dairy and eggs. It is nut and gelatine free.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
