In this class you’ll learn to make a fun and playful dessert. A piece of toast made of a coconut sugar cake, passionfruit cremeux, brown butter mousse and a caramelised white chocolate shell. Topped with a coconut egg white and a yuzu pandan yolk. 

this class contains eggs, dairy, gluten and gelatine. It can be made gluten free upon prior request.

 You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
