In this class you’ll make a beautiful hazelnut chocolate gateaux. Chocolate cake base, hazelnut feuilletine crunch layer, hazelnut cremeux and milk chocolate mousse with a milk chocolate glaze and some tempered chocolate flowers. How fun!
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg, nuts and gelatine. It can be made gluten free upon prior request.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
