
In this class you’ll learn how to make perfect hot cross buns and a spiced cultured butter to go with it (you’ll make the butter from scratch!)
This class contains gluten, dairy and egg. It is gelatine free

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
