In this class you’ll learn to make 4 mango, passionfruit and caramelised white chocolate petits gateaux. Made up of a blondie base, caramelised white chocolate panna cotta, passionfruit gel, mango mousse, caramelised white chocolate glaze and decoration.
This class contains egg, gluten, dairy and gelatine. It is nut free. It can be made gluten and dairy free upon prior request (dairy free option uses a “milk” chocolate and contains almonds). Please note at least 48 hours notice is required for dietary requests to be accommodated.
