In this class you’ll learn to make a merveilleux praline: A dark chocolate mousse with a smooth and crunchy hazelnut praline centre, and two swirls of meringue, finished with a black mirror glaze and roasted hazelnuts.
This class contains dairy, gelatine, eggs and nuts. It is gluten free.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
