In this class you’ll learn to make the cutest little Easter eggs. A calamansi mousse holds a calamansi cremeux, coated in a caramelised white chocolate shell, sitting on top of a kataifi pastry nest.
This class contains gluten, dairy, gelatine and eggs. It is nut free.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
