
In this class you’ll learn to make one of my favourite pastries from the sugar flour patisserie days! A sweet pastry shell with a ginger purée, coconut sago and passionfruit cremeux. How fun!
this class contains dairy, egg, gelatine and gluten. It is nut free and can be made gluten free upon request (just email us after booking!)
