In this class you’ll learn how to make italian meringue based macarons, with a passionfruit milk chocolate ganache and passionfruit gel.
This class contains almonds, egg and a very small amount of dairy. It is gluten free.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
