In this class you’ll learn how to make petits gateaux inspired by the passionfruit martini. A passionfruit chiffon cake, vanilla mascarpone, finger lime pearls, passionfruit and vanilla vodka mousse, yellow glaze and a chocolate passionfruit with a passionfruit vodka jelly.

This class contains gluten, dairy, gelatine, egg and alcohol. It can be made gluten and alcohol free upon prior request.
