
In this class you’ll learn to make a pistachio yuzu petit gateaux, made of a yuzu cake, pistachio mousse, yuzu cremeux, vanilla meringue and a yuzu chocolate collar. Fancy and fun!
this class contains dairy, egg, gluten, gelatine and nuts. It can be made gluten free upon prior request (just email us after booking!)
