In this class you’ll learn to make a plum and vanilla gateau, composed of a brown sugar cake, vanilla mascarpone mousse, black Doris plum compote and filo pastry collar. You’ll make one 15cm gateau that feeds 6-8 people. 

This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine. It is nut free.

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

 You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
