In this class you’ll learn to make croissants from scratch, and then you’ll take it one step further, and fill the croissant with piccalilli, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Scheckter’s New York pastrami. This Reuben croissant will be a favourite in your repertoire in no time!

Class will run for approximately 3.5 hours on Saturday the 19th of February at 11am. Please note this class may have a half an hour break to allow the croissants to prove before baking. The time may vary depending on how fast or slow everyone is.  You are not required to bring anything, just wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. You will be required to show a valid vaccine pass upon arrival, for more on this please visit our covid-19 information page.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers. All classes are run at our NEW ADDRESS 128F Park road, Miramar
