
In this class you’ll learn to make rhubarb and rose petits gateaux. A vanilla cake base, rhubarb compote, rhubarb mousse, rose panna cotta and poached rhubarb with chocolate flower decorations.
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine. It can be made gluten free upon prior request.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
