In this class you’ll learn to make a tiramisu inspired tart, flavoured with rooibos tea. A sweet pastry shell holds rooibos soaked ladyfinger biscuits, vanilla panna cotta, rooibos cream and a rooibos fluid gel. If you like rooibos tea then you’ll love this one!
Class will run for approximately 3.5 hours on Saturday the 13th of November at 11am. You are not required to bring anything, just wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home. All classes are run at our NEW ADDRESS 128F Park road, Miramar
