In this Easter class, you’ll learn to make a tempered white chocolate egg flavoured with freeze dried strawberry powder, that you’ll fill with strawberry crispy pieces, strawberry marshmallows and strawberry gums (all of which you’ll make yourself!)
This class contains dairy and gelatine. It is nut, egg and gluten free

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street
You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
