In this class you’ll learn to make a playful twist on a classic French pastry, the gateaux basque. A cocoa pastry baked with a chocolate custard inside, topped with whipped caramel, caramel sauce, peanut butter and salted peanuts.
PLEASE NOTE: we are hoping to hold this class at our Newlands kitchen, Unit 1/4 mcmillan court, Newlands, on the side of Stewart drive, however electrical delays may mean we need to hold this class at our current kitchen, 128F Park road, Miramar. You’ll be notified at least 72 hours before the class to confirm the location
You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
