In this class you will take the classic flavours and textures of a snickers bar and turn them into a beautiful petit gateaux. A dark chocolate shell studded with caramelised peanuts holds a dark chocolate mousse, with a hidden chewy caramel and peanut praline centre.
Class will run for approximately 3.5-4 hours on Saturday the 3rd of July at 11am. You are not required to bring anything, just wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home. All classes are run at our NEW ADDRESS 128F Park road, Miramar
