In this class you’ll learn to make our 2020 Buche de Noel. A spiced cake base holds a speculaas spread, caramelised white chocolate mousse, whipped vanilla creme fraiche and a caramelised white chocolate decoration. 

Class will run for approximately 3.5 hours on Saturday the 27th of November at 11am. Check out our FAQ page for information on our COVID policy.

You are not required to bring anything, just wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home. All classes are run at our NEW ADDRESS 128F Park road, Miramar
