This last class before Christmas, you’ll learn to make the perfect Christmas breakfast - the same as what I’ll be making on Christmas morning! This is a super fun class that is a bit different to the others, while its not as technical, you’ll still come home with some new skills!

Youll make a delicious ciabatta french toast, which ill teach you how to caramelise in the pan, strawberry compote, balsamic macerated strawberries and vanilla chantilly, and at the end, you’ll get to eat your french toast! 

Class will run for approximately 2 hours on Sunday the 19th of December  at 11am. The time may vary depending on how fast or slow everyone is.  You are not required to bring anything, just wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers. All classes are run at our NEW ADDRESS 128F Park road, Miramar
