In this class you’ll learn how to make a sticky toffee pudding inspired cake, composed of a sticky toffee soaked cake, vanilla cremeux and lightly spiced caramelised white chocolate whipped ganache. You’ll make one 15cm cake that feeds 6-8 people
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine. It can be made gluten free and gelatine free upon prior request.

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
