
In this class you’ll learn to make a petit gateaux perfect fo any celebration! A strawberry mousse holds a rhubarb compote on a vanilla cake base, finished with a white glaze and sprinkles!
This class contains dairy, egg, gluten and gelatine, it is nut free and can be made gluten free upon prior request
