This class is truly one of my favourites. You take some simple yet incredibly delicious elements, and turn them into a petit gateaux that is incredibly beautiful. It’s a great first step into patisserie and the art of the mirror glaze.
In this class you’ll learn how to make a whipped cheesecake, strawberry compote, lemon sponge and a white chocolate mirror glaze.
Class will run for approximately 3.5 hours on Saturday the 20th of of November at 11am. You are not required to bring anything, just wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home. All classes are run at our NEW ADDRESS 128F Park road, Miramar
