In this class you’ll learn to make a strawberry and pistachio petit gateaux. A vanilla cake with a strawberry soak holds fresh strawberries mixed with a strawberry gel, a pistachio mousse, a strawberry chocolate collar and more fresh strawberries.
this class contains nuts, gelatine, gluten, dairy and eggs. It can be made gluten free upon prior request.
