It’s the middle of burger season, and I thought it was finally time to create my own sweet burger. I was pretty excited by how it turned out, so it had to be made into a class!
a sweet brioche dough holds a milk chocolate mousse patty with a milk chocolate shell, raspberry ketchup, passionfruit mustard and passionfruit cheese. These mini burgers are such a exciting dessert that’s amazing for parties. They’re a great mix of tangy and sweet flavours and textures.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD AT OUR NEW KITCHEN: 7a Stewart drive, Newlands. There is parking in the community car park by Newlands Medical centre, behind the new world.
You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
