This is not a lamington. The laming-not is inspired by the classic lamington made into a modern piece of patisserie. A coconut sponge holds a raspberry gel and raspberry mousse, coated in desiccated coconut and a coconut whipped ganache and freeze dried raspberries.
Class will run for approximately 3 hours on Saturday the 27th of August at 11am. The time may vary depending on how fast or slow everyone is. You are not required to bring anything, just wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. Please note some classes contain gelatine, if you can not eat gelatine and require a particular type (beef or pork) please enquire before booking as to if this class is suitable
You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers. All classes are run at our kitchen 128F Park road, Miramar. Please note some of our classes contain gelatine. If you can not eat gelatine please check if the class can be altered before booking
