In this class you’ll learn to make a tropical flower tart with a sweet pastry shell, vanilla pineapple, passionfruit cremeux, coconut whipped ganache and a mango jelly. 

PLEASE NOTE: we are hoping to hold this class at our Newlands kitchen, Unit 1/4 mcmillan court, Newlands, on the side of Stewart drive, however electrical delays may mean we need to hold this class at our current kitchen, 128F Park road, Miramar. You’ll be notified at least 72 hours before the class to confirm the location 

Class will run for about 3 hours on Sunday the 11th of September at 11am. The time may vary depending on how fast or slow everyone is.  You are not required to bring anything, just wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. Please note a lot of our classes contain gelatine, if you require  a certain type of gelatine (beef or pork) please let us know. 

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
