In this class you will learn to make two not very pretty, but incredibly delicious pastries. The kougin amann and a spin off, kougin amann cheesecake.
Kougin Amann is a flaky croissant pastry, layerd with sugar that caramelises as is bakes. It’s one of the pastries that stole my heart in Paris. Along with learning how to make the perfect Kougin Amann, you’ll also learn how to turn the dough into a base for a delicious creme fraiche cheesecake. this is an ultra delicious class that is not to be missed!
Class will run for approximately 3-3.5hours on Saturday the 30th of October at 11am. You are not required to bring anything, just wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home. All classes are run at our NEW ADDRESS 128F Park road, Miramar
