In this class you’ll learn how to make the perfect vanilla eclair, using two different varieties of vanilla! A choux pastry shell holds a vanilla cremeux, made with Tongan and Madagascan vanilla, topped with a vanilla glaze and finished with a touch of vanilla powder.
This class contains dairy, egg, gluten and gelatine. It can be made gluten free upon prior request.
